The Dutch-German construction company Kondor Wessels is building over 300 new residential units on the site of the former Kappus soap factory in Offenbach.
A characteristic feature of the quarter is the coherent block structure with idyllic green areas, which are clearly separated from the city.
This gives the entire ensemble with its three atrium-like courtyards an impression that extends inwards and harmoniously corresponds to the structure of the city from the outside.
